Administrative procedures & scientific informations
The AQUANAL laboratory offers a wide range of physico-chemical analyses for the nutritional labelling of food products.
Analysis methods require specific equipment and premises organised in such a way as to allow optimum management of the various preparation and analysis stages, avoiding inter-sample contamination and preserving the safety of operators.
The full list of physico-chemical analyses for nutritional labelling in the food and feed sector can be downloaded from our catalogue of services.
Your steps
1
Sending samples
The quality of analysis results depends on :
- the packaging of the sample, which must allow its intrinsic chemical properties to be preserved;
- the quantity received, which must be representative of the sample and sufficient to allow the desired analyses to be carried out.
2
Quantity of samples
Except in special cases, the minimum quantity to be sent to the laboratory is 200 grams (powders and liquids).
For tablets, capsules, the minimum quantity is 20 units.
Larger quantities may be required in the case of multiple vitamin analyses, complete nutritional analyses, etc. In these cases, please contact us.
3
Storage of samples
Stable products are stored at room temperature for 3 months after being registered in the laboratory.
Other samples are kept in a cold room or freezer for 1 month after registration.
4
Sample registration
Secure, personalised web customer area
AQUANAL offers you a personalised customer area accessible from its website to register your analysis requests and gain access to a wide range of services: automatic dispatch of acknowledgements of receipt for samples, priority handling of samples, receipt of analysis reports by email by several recipients, creation of analysis requests and Proforma invoices, confidentiality and security of data, online consultation of results and 24/7 sample tracking.
5
Access your customer area
Apply for an account
Once you have completed and validated the information form, an e-mail containing your access codes will be sent to you.
From that moment on, your dedicated space will be created and you will be able to connect to it instantly.
6
Electronic signature
The analysis reports produced by the laboratory are sent to the customer electronically.
They are therefore signed electronically
(Initio RGS certificate*).
Any electronic signature appearing on the analysis reports is subject to a secure certification process, the characteristics and verification details of which will be communicated to the customer where appropriate.
