Determination of macronutrients and nutritional value for groups I – II – INCO
Calorie and energy values, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, fibre, sugar profiles, fatty acid composition (saturated, unsaturated, omega 3 and 6, trans fatty acids, etc.), salt.
Analysis of water- and fat-soluble vitamins
